Our friends at Headspace define the sunday scaries as feelings of anxiety or dread that happen the day before heading back to work.
Over 80% of our community members at the beauty girls are struggling with the sunday scaries.
You’re not alone.
We know that anticipation like this can make-or-break how beautiful and confident you feel. That’s why we’re bringing you something special to stop those sunday scaries in their tracks.
On Sunday May 5th, we’ll be hosting our Bright and Beauty Sunrise Event. This will feature one of our local pioneers in the beauty space, Golloria.
Gollorria reveals her hard truths about the sunday scaries. She shares, “they used to cripple me into freeze mode until I came across the power of a sunday scary ritual”.
A sunday scary ritual is intentional time set aside just for you to practice anything your heart desires. Here are some ideas:
A coloring book to your favorite playlist
Light some candles and watch your fav episode of a tv show
A silent, 15-minute stretch session
And one of these is Gollorria’s very own sunday scary ritual that she’ll be leading on May 5th.
