Growth is not easy. Today’s culture “sells” it to us. This can mute how isolating and confusing it gets. It's filled with heart wrench and pain, but also laughter and love.

Like you, I have gone through it all. Friend breakups, adulthood meltdowns, and many other scary experiences I felt alone in. But when I look back, I realize I wasn’t alone, never am, nor will be. And neither are you.

Through these tough times, I have written personal reflections. And I have had a ton of lightbulb moments. I want to share these light bulb moments with you.
